Planet Green

The Planet Green Forum , a series of seminars designed to educate and inform about the natural world that surrounds us, is a Living Green initiative hosted by the City's Parks & Recreation Division. Eastern Screech Owl

Join us for the inaugural Planet Green seminar conducted in partnership with the Cleveland Museum of Natural History on March 28, 2018 at 7:00pm. "The Wonderful World of Ohio Owls"  will be led by Judy Semroc, a conservation specialist with CMNH and founder of Chrysalis in Time, the first Ohio chapter of the North American Butterfly Association. Judy has also co-authored two natural history guides, "Dragonflies and Damselflies of Northeast Ohio" and "Goldenrods of Northeast Ohio."  A former Petroleum Geologist and science teacher, Judy loves to learn about and share her passion for the natural world through hikes, interpretive programs and photography.
