Green, OH – The City of Green’s Parks and Recreation Division is hosting a Murder Mystery dinner on Saturday, September 5 at 5 p.m. at Akron General Health and Wellness Center, 1940 Town Park Blvd. Those attending will be part of the mystery “Killigan’s Island” presented by Floriano Productions.
Dinner will be provided by Charlie Brown’s Catering. Dinner will include salad, dinner rolls, green beans with sliced almonds, red-skinned potatoes, rigatoni, grilled boneless chicken, soft drinks and cookies. Cost is $25/person. * Adults only.
Doors open at 4:30 for the 5 p.m. event. Guests will arrive and be introduced to the characters of “Killigan’s Island.” The mystery begins when Lovey is missing and presumed dead. Did Gilligan kill "Lovey"? Will he kill again? Is the Skipper next? Everyone's a suspect. The only difference between this and the TV show, is ours is more fun!! Check it out, because you never know, the castaways may finally get off the island!!! Nah!! Music included.
Dinner will be served at intermission and the characters will mingle with the guests. Throughout the night guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and act as detective. The production will continue after dinner and at the end guests will get a chance to solve the murder mystery. Each table is a team and will have a chance to guess "who done it". The team with the closest or correct guess will win a prize.
