The City of Green is offering FREE mulch with delivery to residents in May
Green, OH – The City of Green is offering up to 8 cubic yards of mulch with delivery FREE of charge to residents on Fridays in May, while supplies last. The mulch, generated from yard waste dropped off at the City’s Recycle Center, is untreated and contains a mixture of wood species.
City service workers will deliver mulch to Green addresses on Fridays between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in May ONLY. A limited of delivery slots are available and a resident over the age of 18 years of age must be home to accept the delivery.
To schedule a delivery of FREE mulch, visit www.cityofgreen.org/mulch or call 330-896-6607. Delivery slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Residents may request 2 to 8 cubic yards of mulch to be delivered. Residents will be notified via email of their delivery date and delivery time window.
Free mulch is available year round from the recycle center to residents; however, residents are required to load and haul the mulch themselves. Due to an abundance of mulch available and the need for the City to make room for spring yard waste, the City is offering this FREE delivery this May only.
