The Civil Service Commission meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in Conference Room B at the Central Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd.
The Green Civil Service Commission is comprised of three (3) members who are appointed and serve in the manner specified under Section 7.3 of the Green City Charter. The Commission was established to provide a merit system for appointments and promotions without regard for political patronage, promote standards for job performance and professional conduct and to safeguard classified employees from unwarranted charges of misconduct, discrimination or removal from the public service.
