Uniting to Help Those in Need – Green Together;  
City of Green Setting Up Senior Check in Calls, and Volunteers 

GREEN, Ohio – In an effort to strengthen our community and help those most in need during the Coronavirus restrictions, the City of Green is setting up Green Together, a hotline and online registration to allow residents to request assistance.  Specifically, for seniors or those requiring additional assistance, the City is setting up a Senior Check-in Program to call those who register twice a week.  

To register, call our hotline at 330-896-6933, or register online at  for the following:  

Senior Courtesy “Check in” call 
Senior residents may sign up to receive a courtesy call from the City of Green twice a week. This check-up call will help us address your concerns and ensure our senior residents are safe.  

Request Assistance 
Residents in need of special assistance due to the COVID-19 restrictions may request assistance by calling the hotline or completing the online form.  

Offer Assistance 
Any individuals, organizations, or businesses with resources or the ability to help others in a unique or meaningful way during this crisis. Please note the City is requesting that any business with personal protective equipment to donate it to our Fire Division.   Call 330-896-6933 to donate. 

The City is also asking anyone interested in volunteering to fill out the online form allowing us to link volunteers with those in need.
