Terms & Position

Rocco is serving his second term on Council, representing Ward 3. Rocco is the Chair of the Rules and Personnel Committee, Vice-Chair of the Planning and Economic Development Committee, and member of the Finance Committee.

Employment & Education

He is a partner in the law firm of Young and Yeargin, where he helps people with estate planning, elder law, small business formation, and consumer law matters. Rocco graduated from Hiram College with a Bachelor’s degree in English in 1993, Magna Cum Laude, before earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1996, Magna Cum Laude.

Family

Rocco and his wife Melinda have three children, Schuyler, Caitlin, and Bella.
