Minor Home Repair Program

Green residents needing assistance with minor home repairs may be eligible for the city's minor home repair program. Since 2006, the city has invested nearly $250,000 to repair wells, replace roofs, restore water lines, upgrade heating systems and provide assistance that help keep residents safe in their homes.

Do you or someone you know need assistance making repairs to your home? Is your home as safe as it could be with appropriate handrails, grab bars, or smoke detectors? Homeowners served in the past include low-income families, senior residents, disabled and/or Veterans. HUD income limits may apply.
