Communications
The Communications Department is responsible for disseminating City government information to the media and residents of Green.

Engineering
The City Engineer works to design and oversee public improvement projects. This also includes project overview, contract awards, bid information, notice for sealed bids, and bid tabulations.

Finance
Finance Department staff currently consist of the Director of Finance, Assistant Finance Director, Accounts Payable Clerk, Payroll Clerk, and Administrative Secretary.

Safety is our priority; we are dedicated to protecting life and property in the City of Green.

Highway Division
The Highway Division oversees the maintenance of approximately 350 lane miles of roadway in the City.

Income Tax
Income tax is paid by all persons eighteen years of age or older who are residents of, or are employed within, the City of Green.

Law
The Law Director is the legal advisor on all legal matters coming before the City and also represents or directs the representation of the City in all litigation, cases, or suits involving the City.

The Parks and Recreation Division works for you to create community and quality of life through people, parks, and programs.

Planning & Development
The City of Green Planning Department is responsible for the review and development of private and public improvements in the City in addition to all commercial, industrial and residential development; and subdivision plans.

Service Department
The primary goal of this office is to serve the public interest and the residents of the City of Green to the best of its ability, under the authority granted it by the Office of the Mayor and Green City Council, and to utilize applicable city resources in the most efficient and prudent manner possible to achieve that aim.
