The Youth Archery Program is taught by USA Archery Certified Instructors and is designed to educate local youths and teens about archery, with an emphasis on safety. Students will learn how to use recurve and compound bows, as well as archery safety, range set-up, and more. This class will meet once a week, on Tuesday evenings. There will be 2 classes per evening for different age groups. The first class will be for those ages 8 -11 years old and will go from 5:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. The second class will be for those ages 12-15 years old and will go from 6:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. Classes may be combined depending on the number of participant registrations.
