City of Green is hosting Several Special Recycling Days this Summer Season

 

Green, OH – The City of Green is hosting four special recycling days this summer for Green residents.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection is Saturday, June 20 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the City’s Recycle Center, 5383 Massillon Road.  Proof of residency required.   Residents are asked to enter the recycle center off of Global Gateway to alleviate traffic on Massillon Road.   Global Gateway may be accessed off of Greensburg Road.   

Electronics Recycling Event is Saturday, July 11 at the Central Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd. from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Proof of residency required.

ReWorks Paper Shredding Event is Saturday, August 8 at the Central Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd. from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  This event is open to all Summit County residents.   Please limit to 10 boxes or bags. 

Tire Recycling Event is Saturday, September 12 at the City's Recycling Center, 5383 Massillon Road, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.  Proof of residency required.
