Report a Pothole

Reporting potholes.  We live in Ohio -- so we have potholes.  The Highway Division asks that you report potholes that are larger than one foot and more than 3 inches deep.  To report a pothole, please email the Highway Division with the following information: location of pothole, size (width and depth) and your contact information (name and phone number).
