East Liberty Park is Taking Shape!

Phase I construction provided for a multi-purpose playing field, two basketball courts and two tennis courts. Future plans include a children’s play area and a pavilion. A pedestrian entrance from Charleston Drive provides for easy access for the residents of the "Shires." The lakeshore is vibrant with wildlife and will re-create and re-energize the human soul.

Phase II will provide for the creation of walking trails throughout nearly 46 acres of wooded park land. These trails will wind through existing wetlands, meadows, and wooded lands.
