The 53,000 square foot facility is home to the City of Green's administrative offices and the Green Local School's administrative offices.  This is one of only a handful in the country which school and city offices are combined.

Total square footage: 53,671 (42,631 City of Green, 11,040 Green Local Schools)

Tons of Steel: 300 tons of steel used in construction

 Green/Environmental Aspects of the Building

• Cork flooring in various rooms (renewable resource)

• Locally produced masonry

• Low-flow plumbing fixtures

• Lighting control system including occupancy sensors

• Automated HVAC system for zone and occupancy control of heating and cooling

• Low VOC paints and adhesives used in construction

• Created walking path around site using woodchips from site clearing
