Green, OH – Mayor Gerard Neugebauer is presenting Building Bridges for Business Engagement to business and community leaders on Wednesday, October 12 at 8 a.m. at Central Park’s Community Hall, 1795 Steese Road. The presentation, Building a Better Workforce, will feature speakers Ben Moore, superintendent, Portage Lakes Career Center; Daryl Revoldt, executive director, workforce & economic development, Stark State University; and a representative from Ohio Means Jobs - Summit County. Mayor Neugebauer will give a City update as well as recognize a few milestones made this year by our local businesses.
“These presentations are designed to not only keep our businesses and community leaders informed about what is going on in their City, but also to give them insight and connections to programs that could benefit their bottomline,” said Gerard Neugebauer, mayor.
The program is geared toward the business community to ensure open communication between businesses in Green and the City administration.
Networking over coffee and continental breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. Presentation starts at 8 a.m. Parking is available at the Central Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd., or at Central Park, 1795 Steese Road.
