Long Range Planning

The Long Range Land Use Plan is a planning tool that identifies the recommended development policies for the City of Green. This plan was first adopted in 1997 and has recently been reviewed and revised in the year 2004.

Land use and development in the City is guided by the Long Range Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Policy Guide, which encompasses a wide range of community interests, represents the community's vision, comprehensively examines the community's strengths and weaknesses, and allows implementation of needed planning policies which provide direction for the future and the best possible development for the City's long-term success.
