Green, OH –Beginning Tuesday, June 18, the City of Green’s Farmers Market will be every Tuesday in its new 2013 location next to the Central Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd.
Hours are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. rain or shine through October 8. Like prior years, the City expects more than 30 vendors committed to the market by peak harvest time.
Vendors returning to the market this year include: Aida's Bakery; Bittnerbees; Brenckle Farms; D 'n A Maple Syrup; Hattie’s Café; Hawk Meats, LLC; Marvin’s Gardens; Master Gardener; May’s Produce; Out of a Garden; Pheasant View Dairy Goats, Rainbow Gardens; Sharp Farm; The Pierogie Lady and Walnut Drive Gardens.
New vendors to the market this year include: American Serenade Coffee, Tea, & Wine; Juice Plus; Log Cabin Farms; and Olde School Donuts.
“The new location next to the Central Administration Building in the open field provides more ease of access to the market than the former YMCA parking lot did as well as a more serene setting,” said Kim Goodhart, market manager.
