Do you want to get more involved with your parks system? Do you want to volunteer your time to help build community and quality of life through our porgrams and events? Then the Friends of Green Parks is your first step to making a considerable contribution to the quality of life for all residents of Green.
Together, we'll increase community awareness & participation in the use of our parks and encourage volunteer efforts to maintain and improve park grounds and facilities; and foster a sense of community through special event planning.
In addition to the FRIENDS program, there are several other ways to give back to Parks including: adopt-a-tree, adopt-a-bench, adopt-a-picnic-table, and general donations.
