The Storm Water Division
oversees the maintenance and repair operations of approximately 500 linear
miles of storm water drainage systems within the City of Green. The Division
is also responsible for the care and maintenance of all City cemeteries.
Typical Storm Water Systems Maintenance and Repair Operations include:
•
cleaning of easement ditches
• crossover pipe installations
• driveway pipes
• ditch enclosure projects
• off road ditch cleaning
• cleaning and repair of underground drainage systems
• culvert installations
• supplement CIP system improvements/repairs
• all other drainage maintenance and repairs as required

• tree/brush trimming
• pouring of headstone footers
• grave digging
• record maintenance
• lot sales
