Curfew

Children under 18 years old shall not be on the streets, sidewalks, or other public places between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, unless he or she is accompanied by a parent, guardian or an adult person having the legal care or custody of such child, or unless he or she is going directly to or from a lawful activity, entertainment, or employment with the knowledge and consent of the parent, guardian or person having legal care or custody.
