Laws dealing with all types of animals are addressed in Green Codified Ordinance §618. Many topics are covered in this section, including a requirement that owners of dogs and other animals keep them confined or restrained on the owner's property, as well as the City of Green's "scooper law." Nuisance conditions such as barking, offensive odors, and property damage are also covered under this Ordinance.
